Fresh Images understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. As the salon uses an appointment system , we need to have time to fill a cancelled appointment, as no walk ins are allowed under government guidelines at the moment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment and some booking deposits are required.. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of 100% of the service amount, as we cannot fill this gap.
